Elegant Automation is a home automation, lighting and AV company serving Greater Houston — and we come to you. There is no showroom to drive to and nothing to browse. You tell us what the house is doing wrong, or what you want it to do, and we come look at it.

Where we work

We're a service-area business, so there's no address to publish — the van comes to the house. Most of our work is in two parts of town:

• Memorial and Spring Branch, and the neighbourhoods around them.
• The Woodlands and Southern Montgomery County.

Beyond those, we cover Greater Houston broadly — River Oaks, Bellaire, West University, Katy, Cinco Ranch, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Spring, Tomball, Kingwood, Conroe, Pearland, Friendswood, League City and out to Galveston. If you're near Houston, ask. There's a good chance we've got you.

What happens after you call

We'll ask what the house is doing, what you want it to do, and what's already in the walls. If it's a new project, the consultation is free — we look at the space, talk through what makes sense, and put together a design and a proposal with the equipment, the layout and the budget in it.

If it's a service call on an existing system, there's a standard fee to come out and diagnose it, and we'll tell you what it is on the phone before we schedule. It's applied toward the work if you go ahead with the repair or upgrade. No surprises on the invoice.

We're insured for residential and commercial work, and we'll send a written certificate of insurance if you'd like one.
