Privacy
This is the whole policy. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, your email address if you chose to give one, the project type you selected, and your message. Along with it our server records the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which are what let us tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
That is the only personal information this website collects. There is nothing else to opt out of.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you. Your enquiry is saved on our own server, emailed to us, and — if you gave a mobile number — we text you a confirmation so you know it arrived. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or add you to a marketing list.
Two service providers necessarily see parts of it in the course of delivering those messages: our email host, and the messaging service that sends the confirmation text. They handle the message; they are not given your details for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social-media trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
It also makes no third-party requests at all. Everything the page loads — including the typefaces, which most sites fetch from Google — is served from this domain, so visiting a page here does not announce your visit to anyone but us.
If that ever changes, this page changes with it, before the change goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them — to answer you, to quote the work, and afterwards as a record of a job we did. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Asking us about your information
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call or text (713) 955-5908 or use the contact page. There is no form to fill in and no department to be transferred to.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Last updated 31 August 2026.
