Residential & commercial lighting · Greater Houston

Let us shed some light on your project.

Even if you never touch the smart-home side of things, lighting belongs in every home. It is the detail that quietly sets a space above the rest — and the simplest upgrade with the biggest payoff.

Why it matters

Good light makes everything else in the room look better.

Layered, well-placed light makes your finishes richer, your art sing, and your evenings warmer. It is the difference between a room that is lit and a room that feels designed — and it is usually the least expensive thing in the build that changes how a house feels.

Most homes get one layer: a ceiling fixture on a switch, at full brightness, all evening. Layering means separating what you light — the work surface, the art, the architecture, the path through a room — so each can be set independently and the room can become a different place at eight in the evening than it was at eight in the morning.

Indoors

Lutron, for dimming that feels effortless.

Indoors we design with Lutron — the gold standard in lighting and shade control — for dimming and scenes that feel effortless and look impeccable, from a single room to the whole house.

Lutron is also agnostic, which matters more than it sounds. Your lighting works with any control system and stays yours even if the rest of the house changes. Swap the automation platform in ten years and the lighting does not have to come out of the walls with it.

When Lutron is not the fit

Vantage is a peer, not a runner-up.

Vantage earns its place in historical and older homes, on walls that need far more buttons than a standard keypad carries, and where there is no neutral wire to work with — which most systems simply cannot handle.

We are one of the largest Vantage dealers in Texas, and it is the platform behind our custom installation at the historic Ross Sterling Mansion. Older buildings are where lighting control gets genuinely difficult, and where the choice of platform stops being a preference and starts being the whole job.

Discontinued systems

Living with LiteTouch or HAI?

Both lost factory support years ago — no new parts, no firmware, nobody to call. When a keypad fails, there is no replacement to order.

We replace them using the wiring already in your walls, so it is not a rewire and not a remodel. The keypads change, the plaster does not.

Outdoors

The property, after dark.

Outdoors we bring the property to life with landscape and architectural lighting by FX Luminaire ↗ — trees, façades, walkways and gardens, lit exactly right.

Outdoor lighting does two jobs at once: it makes the house look considered from the street, and it makes the grounds usable after sunset. Done badly it is a floodlight in a neighbour's window. Done properly you never see the fixtures at all.

See it work

One button, several systems.

Scenes are where lighting stops being switches. A single press can take the lights to a set level, drop the shades, bring a screen down and pull the thermostat back — all at once, and all repeatable.

Rather than describe it, we built a working panel you can try: pick a room, tap a scene, and watch the room change.

How it works

From first conversation to lasting support.

01

Consult

We learn the space and how you live or work in it.

02

Design

A clear plan and proposal — layout, fixtures, control, budget.

03

Install

Clean, precise work by our own team, finished to last.

04

Support

We're a call away for tuning, service, and upgrades.

Let's light it properly.

Whether it is one room, a whole house, or a discontinued system that needs to come out, we would rather look at it than guess at it.
