These terms cover this website. They do not cover the work we do for you — that is governed by the proposal and contract you sign, which always wins over anything written here.

Elegant Automation, a home automation, lighting and audio-video company serving Greater Houston, Texas. Phone (713) 955-5908. We are a service-area business and work at our customers' locations.
What's on this site
The pages here describe the kind of work we do. They are not a quote and not an offer to contract. Every home is different, so we price each project individually after we have seen the space. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular system, brand or result is right for your house — that is what the consultation is for.
We try to keep the site accurate, but products get discontinued and details change. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.
Using the contact form
Send us your own information, and information you are entitled to send. Don't use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive or automated. We may ignore or delete submissions that look like spam.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. It starts a conversation.
Content and trade marks
The text, photographs, design and code of this site belong to Elegant Automation, except where they belong to someone else. Manufacturer names and logos — Control4, Lutron, Vantage, Crestron, LiteTouch, HAI, Ubiquiti and others — are the trade marks of their respective owners and appear here to describe equipment we work with. Their use here does not imply that any of them endorses us beyond the dealer authorisations we actually hold.

Where we link to another site, we are pointing at it, not vouching for it. What happens over there is not ours to control.
